I was overwhelmed by the high school process here in Jersey City and searched for someone to help us out. I found Jane and she not only helped but she went above and beyond by actually taking my son to various open houses, to the library to practice essay writing and so much more. My son got accepted to his high school of choice thanks to her. I would do it again if I had to!

So grateful to have met Ms. Jane Urry during a very hard transitional period. Both my boys were re-entering public schools during middle school, and Jane, being the helpful community member that she is, embraced me wholeheartedly and helped me learn everything I needed to know to prepare me. She incorporated me into every event held by the BOE for parents, like the Parents as Partners conference, where I met the now-head of GearUp, Alan Cruz, and my son became a part of the program. Her friendship today is the reason why I am a part of the Parents as Partners community and a member of the PTP. Jane is selfless and hardworking for those of us in the Jersey City community. She doesn’t just research; she becomes a part of our schools for our kids and for us as parents. Thank you, Jane, for all your help!
